Felicia Murphy-Phillips is a Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE), earned through accomplishments in education, experience, performance, service and examination for over thirty years while demonstrating a strong commitment to the Code of Ethical Principles and Standards of Professional Practice in this industry.

Ms. Murphy-Phillips has developed and implemented comprehensive and effective fundraising programs, through which she has raised millions of dollars, including major and annual giving, corporate and foundation giving, Grantsmanship, planned giving, special events, donor recognition celebrations, as well as comprehensive and capital campaigns.

She is a key participant on major Task Forces, Think Tanks, and Brain Trusts throughout the country while serving on multiple Boards and Committees.
Often Ms. Murphy-Phillips is requested to conduct on-line webinars, conference seminars, and contribute educational articles to help inform and train others in the philanthropic community. A few of her positions have included: President & CEO of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Maryland; Campaign Divisions Director of United Way of Central Maryland; Associate Vice President of Corporate/Institutional Development, Liberty Medical Center, Inc.; EEO Investigator, Executive Director, SABIN Community Development Corporation; Associate Executive Director, Council on Economic Education in Maryland at Towson State University; Executive Director of the University of the District of Columbia Foundation, Inc. and Senior Leadership Gifts Officer at Morehouse College where she raised millions to support the endowment, student scholarships and academic programs.
